The beautiful Festive Roast from Suzy Spoon's is now available GLUTEN FREE! It is a delicious roulade of plant-based gluten-free "meat", nuts, cranberries and traditional herbs with a delicious flavoured crunchy outer layer.

This product is made using ingredients free of gluten. We are not certified "Gluten Free" but every effort has gone into the hygiene of our equipment and the production of products to ensure no cross contamination of gluten. Our No Gluten roast is made at a separate time to our products containing gluten. The No Gluten Roast (800g) weighs slightly less than the Classic Roast (900g-1kg), the ingredients cost more in the No Gluten Roast, but we didn't want to charge more for it so have made it slightly smaller.
INGREDIENTS: This Product is handmade in Australia from local and imported ingredients: Tofu, rice flour, tapioca starch, corn starch, onion, mushrooms, red rice, butter beans, olive oil, cranberries, walnuts, tamari, savoury yeast, garlic, miso, parsley, sage, rosemary, thyme, black pepper, vegetable gum (hydroxypropyicellulose) xanthin gum (corn derived), diphosphate, sodium carbonate, salt, sesame oil.
Storage and cooking etc is the same as for the classic Roast.
