FINALLY an alternative to coconut cream! The incredible Flora Plantcream is perfect to be used as a heavy whipping cream, but is also a multi-purpose super star! It is plant based, lactose free and VEGAN. Containing no artificial preservatives or flavours, this cream does not split or reduce in cooking.
A few things our customers have whipped up with this incredible product so far include creamy pasta sauces, ice cream, thickened cream for scones and jam, buttery and creamy curries... the list is endless.
