Lauds Original Oat Melt cheese is mild in flavour, low in fat, and 100% plant-based, made from an oat and yellow split pea cultured yoghurt. A versatile cheese which melts, bubbles and browns just like regular cheese, is soft like mozzarella, and has a higher melting point than traditional cheese.
