Lauds Tasty Oat Melt is a 100% plant-based cheese, stronger in flavour than its' little brother, still made from an oat and yellow split pea cultured yoghurt, and flavoured with a mature cashew cheese for that extra bite!
A versatile cheese which melts, bubbles and browns just like regular cheese, but has a higher melting point than traditional cheese, so leave it melt for a little longer for the best results.
