Suzy Spoons Shredded Seitan is so awesome, you can add it to stir fry's, taco's, pies, pastas, curries or any recipe that requires chicken! It has an amazingly meaty style texture with a delicious yet mild flavour. It is perfect for marinating and will take on the flavour of whatever sauce you add.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Cook in a pan with oil until brown all over and hot all the way through and then add your sauce and veggies.
Add marinade, cover and leave in fridge for at least 4 hours but longer is also fine, then cook in a pan. You can also experiment with cooking in the oven in a casserole.
