Perfect for egg-free baking.  Simply swap out regular eggs with this egg replacer in your baking recipes. Gluten & Soy Free. Great value making 20 vegan eggs. Easy to use.
How to make 1 Vegan Egg
  1. Place 1 level tablespoon (approx 9g) of this mix into a small bowl or cup
  2. Add 3 tablespoons of room-temperature water (approx. 45mls)
  3. Stir with a fork or whisk for about 30 seconds, until mixture is well combined with no lumps.
  4. Use the egg replacer mixture as you would a real egg in all your baking recipes.
  5. For best results, always add the egg to your liquid ingredients and combine well, before adding dry ingredients.
