YesYouCan have blended premium organic chia with algal protein and rice flour and natural raising agents to make this superior egg replacer highly suitable for use in baked goods including breads, cakes and muffins, as well as pancakes. One tablespoon mixed with three tablespoons of water is equivalent to one egg.
To replace 1 egg:
  • 1 tbsp of vegan egg replacer + 3 tbsp of water
  • Simply mix with water, stir and add to your recipe in place of egg.
  • Each pack is equivalent to 20 eggs.
Please note: Vegan egg replacer cannot be used for scrambled, boiled or poached eggs.
