Suzy Spoons Kale & Cauliflower sausages are a delightfully farm fresh sausage inspired by the hero of western cooking, Cauliflower cheese. With the delicious flavours of cauliflower and roasted garlic, combined with the goodness of kale and white beans, it has a super cheesy creamy texture. When cut into small pieces and cooked until crispy this sausage is a sure hit with young children. And a great way to encourage kids to enjoy eating vegetables.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Pan fry with a bit of oil and cook until brown all over. If you want to slice them into smaller pieces, it's easier to cut first and then cook them. Try to keep the sausages separated from each other when cooking otherwise the skins may stick to each other and tear. These sausages are not suitable for boiling or being immersed in water - they will disintegrate.
